What is English?
English is an Easy language that can be easily understood by all without any confusion because of its minimum Alphabetic letters usage. Many of us know English and also we use many English words often and frequently during conversation. But most of us do not know the formation of sentence using the English words even though we know the meaning of majority English words. This is a budding move to clear and to give clarity to English grammar and to make the user to well verse in English language especially to write good English and to speak Good in English.
The most undisputed phenomenon is being standardised by WREN and MARTIN and awarded to English world as Grammar. The Wren and Martin book is the first and foremost bible of English Grammar.
Letter together will construct a word or in other way a word is a group of letter that gives some meaning or it stands for something.
Sentence is a group of words that gives some sensible meaning or in other words sentence is formed with group of words to make the conversation or writing a meaningful one.
Now let us see the terms of English Grammar.
Noun
A noun is a word that represents or declares a name of a person, thing or Place.
Example : Rama , Tajmahal , Godrej
Nouns are segregated with its gender viz. 1 Male 2 Female 3 Neuter
Example : 1 Rama 2 Sita 2 Maruthi car
Verb
A verb is a word that explains the work or doing of a person or happening that had done already by a person.
Example : Run, Jump, Climb
Verbs are classified according to the time of happening as 1 Present 2 Past and 3 Future generally.
Example: 1 Jump 2 Jumped 3 shall/will Jump
In extensively this three tense has its own sub classification. We will see in detail afterwards.
Object
An object is a word or group of word that represent the thing about which we describe.
Subject
A subject is a word or group of word that is playing a key position or role in the sentence we use.
Predicate
The second part of sentence that will provide the details of what and which to be known
Sentence
Sentence has to give complete sense when a sentence is read. I.e. The group of words that give complete meaning is known as Sentence. A sentence will always have Subject and Predicate both are the first and last half of the sentence. More than two words only will form a sentence.
Example -
Rama is a clever boy in the class.

Noun
Noun is a word that denotes a person, place or thing.
Noun has got some classifications that are being used in proper appropriate place in a sentence.
1 Proper Noun 2 Common Noun
Proper Noun - It is a name of a person, place or thing
Common Noun – It is the name in common to every persons, places or things of the same kind.
Common noun has two distinct categories. 1 Collective Noun 2 Abstract Noun
Collective Noun - several number of person, place or things taken together and given a reference as a whole as a crowded or cluster or team.
Abstract Noun – is the word that expresses the action or state and the quality of that Noun.
Verb
Verb is a word that describes the action of a person or thing.

Verb may be single word or group of words as that of subject rule.
Verb should be understood as that of when the action took place either in past or currently in present or going to happen hereafter in future.
Example: 1 Yesterday I went to Cinema
2. All Soldiers’ were praised by the people.
3. Police arrested the criminal.
